More than a fine dining experience, the three curated menus at Atlantica Imperial Resort, Atlantica Kalliston Resort and Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo Resort will transport you to a simpler time. Across select dates and the islands of Rhodes, Crete and Corfu, you can taste Greece in all its glory.

ORIGINS OF FLAVOUR

''Taste Greece first started in 2023 in Rhodes at the Atlantica Imperial Resort with the idea of offering our guests an authentic culinary journey through Greece'', reflected Christos Georganas, Hotel Manager of Atlantica Imperial Resort.

''The goal was to bring the finest flavours of Greek cuisine to the resort, crafted by some of the best chefs currently in the industry.''

Since then, the event has grown into a signature gastronomic experience for Atlantica Guests. Following the success at Atlantica Imperial Resort, this year the journey is extended to Atlantica Kalliston Resort in Chania, Crete and Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo Resort in Corfu.

''This year's menu was inspired by the power of memory - specifically the memories tied to Greek ingredients and traditions that shaped me as a chef. I wanted to create a narrative that travels across Greece, bringing together elements from land and sea'', shared Alexandros Tsiotinis.

A master of emotional gastronomy, Alexandros' dishes are rich in feeling and imagination. With elements like sea bass ceviche, slow-cooked lamb rack, and peach textures with almond ice cream, each plate feels like a story told in flavour.

"For me, Greek cuisine is a journey-rooted in memory, guided by nature, and shaped by a deep respect for our land. Every dish is a thoughtful tribute to the ingredients that define us", commented Gikas Xenakis.

Gikas distills Greek cuisine into clean lines and layered flavours. His menu reimagines the familiar with subtle twists-shrimp saganaki, beef tartare with eggplant puree, and a pistachio cream baklava that's as elegant as it is nostalgic.

''This year's menu is inspired by the soulful simplicity of traditional Greek recipes, brought to life through modern techniques. It draws deeply from my roots in Kefalonia and the ingredients that define the land and sea of Greece'', expressed Asimakis Chaniotis.

Asimakis cooks with instinct and emotion, drawing on the rhythms of nature and a deep-rooted love for Greek tradition. Expect earthy and honest dishes like kakavia soup, lamb stifado, and Greek yogurt parfait with honey ice cream-crafted to stir emotion and ignite nostalgia.
