Payment Policy
- In order to secure the reservation, upon confirmation we kindly require a deposit equal to 15% of the total accommodation cost.
- Full payment of the remaining accommodation balance is required at least two weeks prior to guest's arrival.
- The above payments can be deducted from most major corporate credit cards or transferred to the hotel's account.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- For every cancellation or change of dates made 7 days or less prior the arrival the hotel, the 25% deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
- Should there be a no-show; the hotel has the right to require the full amount of the booking as a no-show fee.
Terms & Conditions
- Minimum Check-in age is 18 years old
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival date.
