Once you’ve logged the booking into your partners club account your customers will automatically receive a welcome gift from the hotel upon arrival. You’ll also have the opportunity to enter any additional requests your customers may have.

How does it work?
With every valid room booking you make you will gain additional points (0.25 points) which you can redeem towards your free stay at our hotels. Simply sell and register 4 room bookings and this will earn you 1 point.

- 1 point = 1 free night half board, 2 points = 1 free night All inclusive
- Accommodated in a standard room, 2 persons & 2 children (12 years old and under)
- Board & room upgrades are available subject to availability with an additional supplement
- Greece & Cyprus: Free nights can be used thoughout the year, (subject to availability)
- Egypt: Free nights cannot be redeemed between 15/7 - 31/10, 22/12 - 7/1 & Easter Periods (subject to availability)
- The reservation is limited to 2 rooms per agent and per stay, a mininum stay of 3 nights is required when redeeming points.
- You cannot backdate any bookings that have already travelled.
- Customers must have travelled before the points are confirmed and can be redeemed.
- Registration/Input of bookings in your account must be made prior to guest arrival at Hotel.
- If you are loading more than 1 room it is required to register each room individually
- Special agent rates are provided only to agents who are registered to the Atlantica Partners Club Scheme and their account is active with bookings.
