Atlantica Hotels & Resorts have applied modifications on the cancellation policy for existing and new reservations in order not to affect your holidays. |
Existing reservations: For individual reservations, even those described as non-refundable during the time of your booking can be changed or cancelled at no cost up to 3 days prior to the check-in date. New reservations: For all new reservations made from 15th April 2020 and onwards, we have reduced the deposit payment to 15% during the online process with the flexibility to pay the remaining balance upon arrival at the hotel. The new amended policy applies for all stays during the season 2020 and 2021. Remember, you will still have the option to cancel 3 days before the check in date regardless of your stay period. Modify your reservations: You can change your reservation or destination at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts without any penalty fee as long as you notify the hotel 3 days prior to the check in date. Change of hotel, duration period or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change according to the new period you wish to travel. Should you wish to amend your holiday please contact your hotel to check availability. |
