Flexibility on your travel plans

Atlantica Hotels & Resorts have applied modifications on the cancellation policy for existing and new reservations in order not to affect your holidays.


Reservations made via our website

Existing reservations: For individual reservations, can be changed or cancelled at no cost up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.

Modify your reservations: You can change your reservation or destination at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts without any penalty fee as long as you notify the hotel 3 days prior to the check in date. Change of hotel, duration period or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change according to the new period you wish to travel. Should you wish to amend your holiday please contact your hotel to check availability.


Reservations made via travel agents

Customers who have made reservations through travel agents or other third-party travel professionals, are advised to contact them directly for information regarding their cancellation policies.


Atlantica Rewards Members

We would like to assure our Rewards Club members that any points and membership statuses that are scheduled to expire, will be extended until 30th April 2023.
