Existing reservations: For individual reservations, can be changed or cancelled at no cost up to 3 days prior to the check-in date. Modify your reservations: You can change your reservation or destination at any Atlantica Hotels & Resorts without any penalty fee as long as you notify the hotel 3 days prior to the check in date. Change of hotel, duration period or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change according to the new period you wish to travel. Should you wish to amend your holiday please contact your hotel to check availability. |
Customers who have made reservations through travel agents or other third-party travel professionals, are advised to contact them directly for information regarding their cancellation policies. |
