Atlantica maintains the expectation that Personal Data collected directly from individuals will be accurate and comprehensive. Individuals can easily access and update their own Personal Data by utilizing the Data Subject Request Form.


The data subject has the right to request the deletion or removal of any information held about them. In such instances, any third parties processing or using that data must also adhere to the request. An erasure request can only be declined if an exemption is applicable. Atlantica is required to erase personal data in the following circumstances:
