LOYALTY CLUB -Terms & Conditions

1. Program Characteristics

The ATLANTICA LOYALTY CLUB program is offered exclusively by Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the company that manages the loyalty program only for customers of Atlantica Hotels & Resorts.

The program is designed to enable members of the ATLANTICA LOYALTY CLUB to benefit

from the advantages outlined on the below sections when they stay at any Atlantica Hotel & Resort*.

The program is dedicated to Atlantica customers, aged 18 or over. The printable loyalty card is free of charge, nominative and strictly personal. It may not be sold or lent. It does not constitute as a means of payment. Each card is inscribed with the Holder's name and the individual identification number.

Members accept that the program may be partially or totally modified at any time and without notice. In this case, holders will be notified of the new General Terms and Conditions and the date on which they become effective. Notification will be sent by e-mail to the address specified at registration.

*Some hotels may not participate in the Loyalty Club Scheme. Different terms apply for reservations made for hotels in Egypt.

2. Program Membership and Card Attribution

Any individual fulfilling the required conditions who wishes to enter the Atlantica Loyalty Club program should complete the online registration form via the www.atlanticahotels.com website.

Upon a successful registration, Level 1 customers will receive their personalized card via e-mail in a PDF format (printable wallet size paper).

The ATLANTICA LOYALTY CARD has no expiry date. Cancellation of the Card, due to fraudulent use, will result in the correlative and immediate cancellation of Compliments Points accumulated by the holder. The holder will not be entitled under any circumstances to claim compensation.

As the Program is intended for individual Atlantica customers, no Compliments Points will be credited for expenses incurred during corporate seminars, banquets, or any other event, even of a private nature, that gives rise to an aggregate settlement by the Holder. Likewise, expenses related to Spa treatments or outings organized by the hotel will not be entitled to the award of Compliments Points.

If for any reason the stay is not paid upon check-out (with the exemption of direct or online bookings via atlanticahotels.com), only the expenses for related services that have been directly paid to the hotel are eligible for Compliments Points.

Should a new Card be requested, previously accrued Compliments Points will be transferred to the new cards account. Compliments Points may not be transferred to another holder.

The ATLANTICA LOYALTY CLUB program comprises of 3 Membership Levels including Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3:

  • Level 1 Membership

    All new members to the scheme or anyone with up to 300 points in their Loyalty Club account.

  • Level 2 Membership

    All members of the scheme with 301 points or more in their Loyalty account.

  • Level 3 Membership

    All members of the scheme with 5 visits or more (minimum 7 nights stay in each visit) in total to any Atlantica Hotel & Resort* within 3 consecutive years from the date of the first visit (combination of stays in Atlantica Hotels & Resorts).

*Some hotels may not participate in the Loyalty Club Scheme. Different terms apply for reservations made for hotels in Egypt.

3. Membership Downgrade

  • Level 3 Members will be downgraded to Level 2 if there is no activity on the loyalty account for a two year period. Members will take advantage on the benefits provided for Level 2 Members as well as maintaining all Compliment Points accumulated throughout their holidays for another two year period.

  • Level 2 Members will be downgraded to Level 1 if there is no activity on the Loyalty Club account for two year period. All points accumulated will be deleted to 0, however they will continue to be part of the Loyalty Club Scheme and accumulate Compliment Points in order to upgrade to different levels.

  • Level 1 Members will continue to remain at this level until they reach 301 points. There is no expiry date or downgrade for Level 1 Members.

4. Loyalty Club Benefits

Level 1 Members

  • 5% discount for online bookings made only via atlanticahotels.com
  • A bottle of wine, water and a fruit basket in room upon arrival (applies only for online bookings via atlanticahotels.com)

Level 2 Members

  • 7% discount for online bookings made only via atlanticahotels.com
  • A bottle of wine, water and a fruit basket in room upon arrival (applies only for online bookings via atlanticahotels.com)
  • Late check-out until 14:00hrs (subject to availability, valid for all bookings made direct, via atlanticahotels.com or via a travel agency)

Level 3 Members

  • 10% discount for online bookings made only via atlanticahotels.com
  • One free a la Carte meal* during the stay in the Hotel (applies only for online bookings made via atlanticahotels.com) for Atlantica Hotels which operate A La Carte Restaurants
  • A bottle of wine, water and a fruit basket in room upon arrival (applies for all bookings made direct, via atlanticahotels.com or via a travel agency)
  • Late check-out guaranteed until 18:00 (applies for all bookings made direct, via atlanticahotels.com or via a travel agency)
  • Room upgrade (su­­bject to availability, applies for all bookings made direct, via atlanticahotels.com or via a travel agency)

*The free la Carte meal is not combinable with the free a la Carte meal provided for All Inclusive Bookings in some Hotels

5. Earning Compliments Points

For any stays (booked online via atlanticahotels.com) at any Atlantica Hotel & Resort in Cyprus, Greece or Egypt*, that includes at least one paying night spent, the cardholder will be credited with Compliments Points, on the basis of 1 Bonus Point per any eligible expense of 1€.

If the accommodation is booked with a travel agency, the cardholder will receive 200 Bonus Points after each stay in any Atlantica Hotel & Resort, within Cyprus or Greece. Reservations made via travel agencies for stays at any of our hotels in Egypt, will not receive any Compliment Points. Compliment Points for stays in Egypt will be credited only to those who book online via atlanticahotels.com.

All members will also have the benefit to receive 1 Bonus Point for every 1€ spent in the hotel for extra expenses* (e.g. minibar, telephone, room service, laundry, meals taken by the holder in the hotel restaurants and drinks at the hotel bar etc.). Only expenses that have been directly paid to the hotel are eligible for Compliments Points.

All Members should demonstrate their Loyalty Club Card upon check out in order for the points to be credited to the account.

*Some hotels may not participate in the Loyalty Club Scheme.

6. Redeeming Compliment Points

Level 2 & 3 Members are entitled to redeem any valid points active on the account (up to a maximum of 8000 points per stay), towards money vouchers/discount on their extras* during their stay in the Hotel. Points can be also redeemed for online bookings made via the atlanticahotels.com.

The cardholder must inform the reception at the time of check-out that they wish to redeem compliment points from their account and present their Loyalty Card. Compliment points cannot be redeemed for any stays prior to registration.

*Compliment Points cannot be redeemed at any of our hotels in Egypt. Redemption of points in these hotels applies only for during the online reservation process via www.atlanticahotels.com 

7. Points Benefits - Conversion

The card holder’s points are equivalent to a discount on the price of the accommodation for online bookings made via atlanticahotels.com. The maximum number of points to be used for each stay is 8000, which equals to €200. This discount will be deducted from the final accommodation   cost during the online booking process via www.atlanticahotels.com. These points cannot be used as a further discount to our offer of complimentary stays in section 8 but can be used as a further discount according to section

8. Complimentary Stays

Once the Holder earns a total of 25,000 Compliments Points, the member may exchange them for a complimentary stay for 7 nights in a standard room type for 2  persons  on a Half Board basis at any Atlantica Hotel & Resort within Greece & Cyprus upon request and availability.

The holder may convert the compliments points by sending a request to the ATLANTICA LOYALTY CARD department at clubs@atlanticahotels.com.

25,000 points is the maximum to be redeemed in exchange of free nights per stay.

(Bookings cannot be confirmed during the period of 1st of July - 31st of August)

9. Card Usage

To benefit from the aforementioned advantages, the holder should declare the account number and name when making a reservation and present the card upon check-in. For compliments points to be credited, the holder must present the account number at the reception desk upon departure. These provisions must be respected in order for the benefits to be granted. Points will only be credited if the registered members name is on the booking.

10. Card Withdrawal

Cancellation of the card, due to fraudulent use, will result in the correlative and immediate cancellation of all compliments points accumulated by the holder. The holder will not be entitled under any circumstances to claim compensation.

Each holder may also request at any time the immediate cancellation of the account by sending an e-mail to the ATLANTICA LOYALTY CARD department at clubs@atlanticahotels.com

11. Other

Holders are entitled to access any personal information that is processed by computer and to correct this information through the ATLANTICA LOYALTY CARD department. These General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any prior document.

In the event of litigation between a holder and Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement. CYPRIOT LAW WILL BE THE ONLY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. Any dispute or litigation relating to these general Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through an amicable settlement between the parties shall be submitted to the competent Nicosia courts.
